After 10 years trends change, this owner was ready for a change. Her house has good bones, we just needed to make it match her new style. We added new tile, her husband made the stair railing. Added new carpet to the stairs and vertical shiplap to the walls. To complete the look it was less expensive to replace the millwork than paint it. Fresh paint on the walls completed the look she was going for.
